EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, JUNE 4, 2020, ZONE A (THE LOWER RIVER) IS OPEN FOR FULL BOATING. ZONE B (THE UPPER RIVER) AND ZONE C (THE LAKES) ARE OPEN FOR FULL BOATING.  THERE IS A DEBRIS ADVISORY ON THE ENTIRE SYSTEM.
