What are the Pier and Seawall Requirements?
The Fox Waterway Agency does not regulate pier or seawalls. The Army Corps of Engineers and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources are the two agencies who issue permits. Please contact one of these agencies for questions regarding your pier or seawall.
