Customer concerns can only be submitted on our website at this time. The FWA App can only
be used to pin the location of a concern on the map to include, if preferred.
Please note that when submitting a Customer Concern, the more information the better! The
Customer Concern portal is meant for non-emergency reports. If you are reporting an
emergency situation, please call the proper authorities, before contacting the FWA.
