NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS—CHANGE OF USER FEES
FOX WATERWAY AGENCY
Pursuant to the Fox Waterway Agency Act, 615 ILCS 90/7.2, the Fox Waterway Agency Board
will conduct two public hearings related to discussion and possible action on changing user
permit sticker fees for all classes of boats and watercraft.
The first public hearing will take place on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at 45 S.
Pistakee Lake Road, Fox Lake, Illinois.
The second public hearing will take place on October 28, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at 45 S. Pistakee
Lake Road, Fox Lake, Illinois.
Any member of the public is invited to attend one or both hearings and provide comments
regarding this matter.
