The Fox Waterway Agency (FWA) manages designated waterfowl blind locations to ensure safe, organized, and equitable access for permitted hunters throughout the waterway system.
Due to high demand, all current blind locations are assigned and a wait list is in effect.
Individuals interested in obtaining a future waterfowl blind permit may complete the form below to be added to the official wait list. Placement is processed in the order applications are received, and applicants will be contacted if a location becomes available.
