9/14/18: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, THE UPPER RIVER (ZONE B) IS NOW OPEN FOR NORMAL BOATING

The Upper River (Zone B) is now OPEN for normal boating.  A debris advisory is still in effect.

The Lower River (Zone A) remains at a No Wake status with a debris advisory still in effect.
